Dr. Reddy addressed students as the Chief Guest at a workshop organized by the Department of MBA, Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE), Tirupati, under the aegis of the Institution’s Innovation Council (Ministry of Education). The workshop focused on “Challenges and Solutions in Business Enterprises” During his address, Dr. Harshavardhan Reddy emphasized the importance of entrepreneurial thinking in identifying problems, designing innovative solutions, and creating value-driven strategies for business growth. He shared his practical experiences and guided students on understanding industrial and enterprise management. He also encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to identify gaps in the market and approach them with strategic planning and innovation to build sustainable businesses. The event was attended by Dr. M. Neeraja, Head of the MBA Department; Dr. S. Kalesha Masthan Vali, Workshop Coordinator; Dr. S. Gowthami, Mr. M. Nagaraja Naidu, faculty members, and a large number of students.
